The Strength of our Community
Georgetown Prep’s community truly embodies the spirit of cura personalis. The faculty ensures that we not only receive the best education, but also become the best versions of ourselves. Every teacher, coach, director, and faculty member makes their best effort to help us explore new interests, grow in our current interests, and learn to become future leaders. Yet, thing I value most about Prep’s community is the strong brotherhood I have formed with my classmates.

The strength of our community lies in our commitment to the Jesuit ideal of cura personalis, where every student is cared for and respected by his peers, teachers, and others in the Prep community. Our faculty and staff, who are also dorm parents, coaches and advisors, are fully committed to helping every student succeed in their high school journey.
At Prep, friendships are forged on the field, in class, at Kairos retreat, on the Figge theater stage, through clubs, and living together in the dorms. These close bonds last beyond four years; they are for life.
