Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Camp tuition (including After Care) is non-refundable. We do offer camp credit that can be used towards a future camp session. If GP Sports Camps has to cancel a camp session, families will be given the option of a full refund for impacted sessions.

Q: What are the camp hours?
A: Camp hours vary. They may be from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (full day), 9:00 am–12:00 pm (half day), or in the evening (football). After Care is optional and offered for all full-day camp sessions. 

Q: How much does After Care cost?
A: After Care (3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.) costs $125/week.

Q: Does GP Sports Camps provide lunch?
A: Campers may purchase lunch from the Hoya Cafe. The Cafe sells hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, candy, etc. Campers may bring a non-perishable lunch with them each day. Please label lunch boxes/bags. Lunch is in the Hanley Center.

Q: Who are the camp counselors?
A: Each camp has a director who is a coach at Georgetown Prep. They will be very involved with instructions. The counselors are primarily other Georgetown Prep athletic coaches, student-athletes, and alumni.

Q: What should I do if my child is going to be absent from camp or needs to be picked up early?
A: Attendance is checked daily. If your child is going to be absent from camp or needs to be picked up early (prior to 2:40 p.m.), please email the camp office: camps@gprep.org

Q: Does GP Sports Camps have a trainer on staff?
A: Yes, a medically certified athletic trainer is onsite each camp day.
