Q: What is the vaccination policy at GP Sports Camps?
A: Georgetown Prep requires proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to work and enroll in programming.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Camp tuition and extended care are non-refundable. We do offer camp credit that can be used towards a future camp session. If GP Sports Camps has to cancel a camp session, families will be given the option of a full refund for impacted sessions.

Q: What are the camp hours?
A: Normal camp hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with optional Extended Care available before and after camp from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Q: How much does Extended Care cost?
A: Before Care (7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m) costs $60/week. After Care (3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) costs $125/week.

Q: Does GP Sports Camps provide lunch?
A: Campers may purchase lunch from the Hoya Cafe. Otherwise, campers must bring a non-perishable lunch with them each day (clearly marked).

Q: What should I do if my child is going to be absent from camp or needs to be picked up early?
A: Attendance is checked daily. If your child is going to be absent from camp or needs to be picked up early (prior to 2:40pm), please email the camp office: camps@gprep.org

Q: Does GP Sports Camps have a trainer on staff?
A: Yes, a medically certified athletic trainer is onsite each camp day.
