Home of the 2019 IAC Baseball Champions, Georgetown Prep’s coaching staff will lead campers through five days of position-specific instruction, marquee competitions, and controlled games. Prep’s Baseball Camp will emphasize the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching, and base-running. Each day, campers will participate in drills tailored to their ability and apply the skills learned to fun competitions and game-like scenarios. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and other special giveaways!

Grades: Rising 5th to rising 9th
What to Bring: Lunch (may also be purchased from the Hoya Cafe), baseball glove, baseball cleats and athletic shoes, baseball cap, athletic clothes (baseball pants recommended)
Coach Bio: RobBegin has been Georgetown Prep’s varsity pitching coach since 2009 and oversees Prep’s summer baseball program for incoming, JV, and Varsity student-athletes. During the school year, Coach Begin works in the Admissions Office and teaches sophomore and senior English. Born and raised in Princeton, NJ, Coach Begin has called the D.C. Metro Area home since matriculating at Georgetown University in 2005, where he was an outfielder for the baseball team.
