Our German students immersed themselves in the language, culture, and history of Germany, beginning in Munich with day trips to the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, Salzburg, Austria, and the memorial site at Dachau.

In week two, they were welcomed by students at Kolleg St. Blasien, our Jesuit sister school in the Black Forest, where they attended classes, practiced their German in everyday conversations, and built lasting friendships. They also enjoyed a special gathering of three Jesuit schools when Fairfield Prep joined them for a day of fellowship and fun.

The journey continued with a visit to the beautiful Swiss city of Zurich before concluding with five days of service at a retirement home in St. Blasien.

From language immersion and cultural exploration to service and lifelong friendships, this experience brought the global Jesuit network to life. Thank you to Frau McGinn for organizing such an unforgettable journey!
