Our President's Councilors Dinner held on October 5, 2023 at Columbia Country Club was a wonderful evening, celebrating our gratitude for Prep's generous and loyal benefactors and recognizing both our Insignis awardees, those who have been outstanding or exceptional in service to other people and to the community, and also, our John Edward Joyce awardee, a faculty member who exemplifies Prep's core values and ideals.

This year's recipients were Peter H. Plamondon, Jr. ’77 and Mark C. Brown ’77 for their generosity and tireless work as Trustees and leaders on the buildings and grounds committee of the Board during our For the Greater Glory campaign; Reverend Monsignor Peter J. Vaghi, a dedicated friend of Prep, for his indelible impact on the Catholic faith community in the Archdiocese of Washington; and Katherine Howard, a member of our Math Department, for her care and ability to connect with our students in and out of the classroom allowing students of all abilities to find success.
