Georgetown Prep needs your help! We have launched the Great Ignatian Challenge. Through this Challenge, we will compete against Jesuit schools across the country to bring in the most canned food.
The challenge ends on Tuesday, November 21. At that time, the food will be donated to Manna Food Center, which serves our local Montgomery County community.
The Great Ignatian Challenge provides our school with the perfect opportunity to give back, demonstrate our generosity, and help people in need during the Thanksgiving season. It is a perfect opportunity to put into action our school’s motto: “Men For and With Others.”
Please bring cans to campus:
- EVERY SCHOOL DAY between now and Tuesday, November 21 - drop off at the George Circle
- For the Homecoming football game this Saturday afternoon - look for the collection area by the George
- To the Homecoming Dance this Saturday night!!
- Let’s make our entire Prep community proud by serving our local community to the very best of our ability. Let’s be men and women for others.
If you are unable to bring in items, please make a monetary donation at www.gprep.org/gic
