Dining Services

Prep’s dining services is responsible for providing lunch for all students, faculty and staff during the school year. In addition, dining services provides all other meals for resident students. All meals are served in the South Room in Boland Hall.

Daily Selections include:

• Salad bar
• Sandwich bar
• Soup of the day
• White rice
• Whole fruit
• Dessert

A different hot entrée is served for lunch each day.

Typical lunch entrée includes:

• Taco bar
• Chicken tenders
• Pizza
• Pasta (baked ziti/spaghetti/chicken alfredo)
• Burgers and hotdogs
• BBQ pulled pork
• Buffalo wings
• Roast beef/turkey/ham

Hoya Café

Dining services also operates the Hoya Café in the George Center. The Hoya Café has a brick pizza oven and offers daily specials.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday:
7am-10am; 2:45pm-7pm
Closed on weekends

The Hoya Café operates on a different schedule during the summer due to camps.
