Dear Prep Parents,
As we progress through the first quarter, I want to invite you to our November round of parent conferences.
Please complete the pdf form (click here to download) if you wish to meet with some or all of your son’s teachers for a one-on-one discussion about his performance thus far. The form should be mailed or faxed (301-493-5905) for parent volunteers to schedule. Conferences will be scheduled in the order the forms are received. Since time and scheduling conflicts may not allow you to see all teachers, please put them in order of priority. All requests should be received to the Headmaster’s office by October 21st to ensure proper scheduling for all parents.
Conferences will be held the evening (6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) of November 10th and during the day (8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.) of November 11th. Again, please complete the pdf form which has further details.
Unfortunately, the Headmaster’s office cannot help you arrange your appointments since we will not have access to the master conference schedule which is coordinated by parent volunteers. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests. Conferences are five minutes in length with a five minute travel time between appointments.
