| | | | | | | | FEGAN, DROZD, KAMDEM HONORED: Senior Airton Kamdem won the coveted Joyce Award and Mr. Fegan and Mr. Drozd were awarded Insignis Medals, the very highest honor which Prep bestows, at the President’s Councilors Dinner on Oct. 5. The annual black-tie affair, hosted by Prep President Father Marco, is a celebration of generosity in the Prep community. For more about the event, please click here.
FATHER DAN LEARY, ’86, TO SAY MASS AT PREP OCT. 30: Father Dan Leary, ’86, who is pastor at St. Andrew Apostle in Silver Spring and a chaplain for the Redskins, will say Mass for the resident students in Prep’s Chapel of Our Lady at 5:30pm on Sunday Oct. 30. All alumni and their families are invited to attend.
PREP SOCCER ON THE RISE: After beating perennial power Episcopal, 3-0, last week, Prep soccer landed in the Top 10 ranking by the Washington Post and had a strong chance to win the IAC Championship. It’s a great revival for Coach Guy Fraiture’s program. For more, click here.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION KICKOFF MEETING OCT. 19: The first GPAA meeting of the year has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 19, at 7pm in the Haaga Family Boardroom in Prep’s student center.
