GARDEN CLUB Help maintain Prep’s flower beds in the fall and spring. Decorate interior of buildings and design floral arrangements for holidays and special events, i.e., President’s Reception, Reunion Weekend, Christmas, Gala, Mother-Son Dinner, and Graduation. HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE Help organize the President’s Reception, the Mothers’ Reception, and Open House in the fall and also organize the Mother-Son Dinner in the spring. Co-Chairs: Alyssa Crilley, Cheryl Doyle, Deanne Giarraputo |

MAILINGS Help send invitations for the President’s Reception, the Mothers’ Reception, the Father-Son Dinner, the Mother-Son Dinner, and the Gala. Help coordinate the Christmas mailings and other mailing needs if/as they arise. Volunteers must be available during the day. Co-Chairs: Gemini Patterson-Stubbs and Lisa Zingone |

POST PROM PARTY Help organize and chaperone an alcohol free after-Prom celebration for the juniors and seniors and their dates. Freshman and sophomore parents are especially needed. Co-Chairs: Linda Peter and Judy Crim |

PREP POST Help coordinate, edit, and lay out articles for the Parents’ Club monthly newsletter. Basic computer experience in word processing is helpful. Proofreaders are especially needed. Co- Chairs: Beth McCann and Diane Rauber |

RESIDENT COMMITTEE Interact with Residential Dean to transmit information and help facilitate participation of resident students and parents in Parents’ Club events. REWARD PROGRAMS COMMITTEE Research area retail reward programs (ex. Giant Food A+ Bonus Bucks Program) and coordinate parent participation to receive bonus dollars for the school. Chair: Pam Gambon

THE PREP STORE
