Alums Get Together For Golf Classic
pratice tee_thumb.jpg

On May 15, over 100 alums celebrated great camaraderie, enjoyed perfect weather, and played questionable golf at the annual Little Hoya Golf Classic at PB Dye Golf Club. Many young guns eyed the championship cup but it was experience that proved the difference as Greg Steis '83, Mike Sullivan '81, Mike Vechery '83, and Mike Gilson '91, made enough putts to pull out the victory. Congratulations gentlemen!

Having built several successful business establishments in the Washington D.C. area, Bo Blair, '90, has come to be well-known and well-loved by his peers, customers and classmates. He talks about the importance of remaining connected to Prep, his thriving business and his family.

1. What were some of the important lessons you learned while you were a student at Prep?

I believe high school is the four most important years of your life. There is no better place to grow and learn to be a man than at Prep. Prep taught me the importance of tradition, concern for others who are less fortunate, loyalty to friends, how to do things the right way, and motivation to succeed in life.
