Hanleys Leave Legacy at Georgetown Prep
	From left: Danny, '82, Bob and Charley Hanley, '81 The Hanley Center for Athletic Excellence at Georgetown Preparatory School is a testament to the values and ideals of the C. Robert Hanley Family and was made possible through a generous irrevocable pledge from their estate to Prep’s Vision campaign. Bob Hanley, who passed away in May of 2011, believed with his wife Marge, that a Catholic education was vitally important. They sent their two sons, Danny ’82 and Charley ’81 to Georgetown Prep and remained among the school’s most ardent supporters for over 30 years. For his commitment, Bob was awarded Prep’s highest honor, The Insignis Medal, in 1989. Through their generous bequest, made a reality in The Hanley Center for Athletic Excellence, the Hanleys have ensured that they will always be part of the Georgetown Prep family.
