The Hanley Center for Athletic Excellence is available for rent by individuals, community groups, sports leagues and other organizations.
Space is allotted on a first-come first-serve basis. During the winter time, space in our athletic center for team practices is in very high demand and we are booked virtually every night of the week.
Policy for Hanley Center rental requests
- WEEKENDS – Weekends are rented on a case by case basis. The availability will change every year so return renters are not always honored. The following two policies are for Monday through Friday Rentals only.
- FALL / WINTER POLICY – Returning renters from previous fall / winter season are given rights to renew exact same contract terms as the year before. Returning requests may be emailed at any time of the year however they MUST be in by AUGUST 1. After AUGUST 8 new requests for the fall / winter season will be honored in order in which they are received. Returning renters with new terms (i.e. change of day of the week, or court or addition of weeks) or requests after AUGUST 1 will be considered a new renter. New requests can be emailed in at anytime of the year but they will be filed and not considered until AUGUST 8.
- SPRING / SUMMER POLICY – Returning renters from previous fall / winter season are given rights to renew exact same contract terms as the year before. Returning requests may be emailed at any time of the year however they MUST be in by March 1. After MARCH 8 new requests for the fall / winter season will be honored in order in which they are received. Returning renters with new terms (i.e. change of day of the week, or court or addition of weeks) or requests after MARCH 1 will be considered a new renter. New requests can be emailed in at anytime of the year but they will be filed and not considered until MARCH 8.
** “Returning Renters” are renters coming back to the same season they previously rented. If you rented during the Fall / Winter season and would like to continue into the Spring / Summer season you must submit a new request. Your contract will not carry over into the following season.
