The first athletic fields at Prep were constructed in 1919 for use by the baseball and football teams.
The Dugan Memorial Track was dedicated in 1986. The track was built in honor of Rev. Thomas Dugan, S.J. who served as the prefect of discipline and treasurer of Prep. The track was resurfaced in 2007.
Prep's stadium, Fegan-Galvin, S.J. Field, was dedicated in 2005 after the installation of artificial turf. The field is named in honor of Jim Fegan, who coached Prep's football team for 25 years, and Rev. Aloysius Galvin, S.J., a longtime Prep teacher.
The Lawrence E. Horning Field, used by the baseball team, was dedicated in 2006. The Horning family, for whom the field is named, represents three generations of Prep baseball players.
Also located on Prep's campus are the baseball practice field, two batting cages, and a lacrosse bowl field.
