Prep's former field house has been converted into the William L. George, S.J., Center, which greatly enhances the school's academic facilities.
Construction began in May 2008 and was completed in January 2010. It includes the 6,500 square foot Andrew Maguire Saul Library with increased seating, ten new classrooms, a student center featuring a café, small theater, senior lounge, game room, a recording studio, tutoring center and administrative offices. The additional classrooms will allow for more flexibility in academic scheduling and for smaller, seminar-style classes in junior and senior year. The building also houses the offices of College Counseling, Dean of Students, Resident Programs and Development.
