The Hanley Center for Athletic Excellence is a 152,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that opened in January 2007 and cost $23 million to build. The Hanley Center houses the only 200-meter indoor track in Montgomery County, a basketball gymnasium which seats 950 spectators, four practice courts, an 11-lane natatorium with a spectator area, a 6,000 square-foot weight training room, and a wrestling room. The field house also features two batting cages, a long jump pit, and a lacrosse wall.
In addition to the new and improved athletic facilities, there are locker rooms for athletes and coaches, an athletic hall of fame, a multipurpose board room, a team film room, and a concession area.
The Hanley Center allows Prep students to practice and compete in a college level facility. Prep enjoys a tradition of athletic excellence and the Hanley Center has allowed the strength of the program to continue to grow.
