Did you know that tuition covers only two-thirds of the cost of a Georgetown Prep education? We rely on donors to cover the remaining one-third, primarily through gifts to Prep’s Annual Fund, which is the school’s No. 1 fundraising priority.
Alumni, parents of current students and alumni, faculty, staff, and friends are asked each year to support the Annual Fund so that Prep can continuously strive for excellence. The Annual Fund literally supports the day-to-day operations of the school – from teachers’ salaries to athletic equipment to building maintenance and financial aid.
While the Annual Fund is Prep's No. 1 priority and all alumni, families, and friends are encouraged to support it, other opportunities for giving exist. Endowment gifts provide permanent sources of income for financial aid, faculty salaries, and upkeep of campus. Planned gifts provide long-range opportunities to support Prep.
